Sir Grout sent out Ed and Alex. Ed was professional and responsive to requests when I needed to change a date. Alex was our tech and he was fabulous. Called in advance to let us know ETA and WOW, the job he did on our main bath convinced me he should do our second. both were done expertly. This fellow is great. Many thanks to you. They did a great job. Excellent work for a fair price. The technician (Alex) showed up on time and after a quick review of the job went to work removing the old caulk. He showed me that it wet behind the caulk and the best way to fix it would be to use an epoxy grout rather than the standard caulk. I thought here comes the big upcharge - but after a short call to his manager he told he me that he wanted the job done right and approved the epoxy at no additional charge. Mixing the epoxy and installing added at least 1 or 2 hours to the job. It looks great - it was a perfect match and installation. I give them 5 stars and would recommend without hesitation.
