Ed was very punctual and courteous. When he came, he thought the service was only for the kitchen countertops. I told him that I mentioned both areas when I was on the phone with the company scheduling my appointment. He quickly agreed to do both without any fuss. The person who came out was on time, professional in his actions and appearance. He explained what he was doing and he answered professional questions regarding other areas in my home regarding tile and grout and even offered to clean and seal an additional counter (if I had one) for no additional cost.
They arrived on time and did an excellent job. They discussed the process with me first, and let me know how long I could expect it to take. Also made some helpful suggestions after the work was completed. Very cordial and friendly.
