There's not enough I can say about how wonderful it was working with this company. Incredibly professional, polite and punctual. The estimate process was very thorough and informative, making it easy to make the decision to go ahead with work. The work itself was done quickly and was VERY effective. My shower looks like new - much better than I ever thought it could look. Everything was explained, including future care instructions, and the area was cleaned up thoroughly. If there was a better grade than A I would give it!
The technician regrouted a bathroom tub, shower shelf and around our kitchen counter. He was very nice, informative, and skillful. For both the estimate and the actual work, the gentlemen from Sir Grout were prompt and efficient. The grout work was excellent, and the technician cleaned up completely after each job. I would hire Sir Grout for any tile or grout work in the future.

He then took the time to demonstrate a cleaning product and taught me how to use it and where to purchase it. The experience was definitely a wow. I purchased the special that was offered for the cleaning and polishing of granite counters. Ed was on time, very informative and extremely nice. I am getting an estimate for the marble floors and look forward to using them again.
