Ray arrived at 9 am, a little later than the 8am time frame I was quoted, but, that was fine with me. He came in and we looked at the grout color options available for the floors. He then explained what he was going to do, and started getting his material's ready to start. He first came in and sprayed a solution on all the floors that were being done then brought a machine in and started to clean the floors. He then went into the kitchen and started treating the grout lines, using a toothbrush to push the materials into the line, then wiping off the excess. When he finished with the kitchen he started on the foyer then the bathroom. He then went out to the truck and brought another machine in and started to spray the sealer on the floor, one room at a time. Then used the machine to buff the sealer into the floor. I can't tell you how clean my floors look. The grout lines look as nice as the day the tiles were put down. Ray did a great job. He didn't rush and treated my floors as if they were his own. I HIGHLY recommend Sir Grout and if you can, ask for Ray.
I purchased this service through Angie's List - Big Deals for $99.00. I had my kitchen granite counter tops cleaned and sealed. I give the company four stars. The technician was very professional and personable. He explained every step of the cleaning and sealing process to me. When he finished sealing the countertops he buffed them to a beautiful shine. The job took approximately 45 minutes. All cleaning and sealing products are environmentally friendly (it is well worth the price).

Suggested a neutral cleaning solution to utilize (not sold by them) to keep counter tops clean and streak free. Very professional and removed shoes when entering house. Provided additional quotes requested in a timely manner.
