I got estimates from Sir Grout and one other company. The other company was less expensive, but I was impressed with the representative from Sir Grout who treated me like an intelligent person, was professional and honest about what could be accomplished. The gentleman that recaulked our shower and grouted some areas as well was professional and went out of his way to make sure we could get our shower door sweep installed that day even though the one we bought and cut ourselves was wrong. Thank you, Sir Grout.
Just had our granite countertops refreshed by Dequan; a real gentleman with a great work ethic. He was on-time, professional, and cleaned up prior to leaving. Above all, he was pleasant and polite. If you're going to use Sir Grout in Manahawkin or surrounding areas, I'd suggest you ask for Dequan by name!
DeQuan did an exceptional job!! He did a lot of work. Cared how it was done. Asked for us to see what he was doing in intervals of doing the job. You have a wonderful professional employee.
He also should be used to train others with a bump up in pay to train then maybe more workers would be more caring and proud of the work he is doing for the customer. He is one of a kind! He was polite, informative, he was a breath of fresh air when companies now a days don't care who the heck they are hiring. You have a gem of a worker and pray you take care of him as he took care of the customer is a testament to the kind of company you are.

Dequan showed up and did a fantastic job. He was very courteous, made sure the job was done well, and was meticulous in making sure the grout looked awesome. Would have him do my floors anytime. Great credit to the company. Very friendly.
I am beyond thrilled. My grout was incredibly filthy, so much so that I just couldn't get my floor clean anymore. Now it looks like it did the day we moved in.
Sir Grout promptly returned my call, scheduled an estimate and did the work with just a couple of weeks. Dequan and Marcus were gracious and respectful and quick!! Other grout cleaning companies I have used do not compare.
