Dayquon our service guy was absolutely fantastic! Super knowledgeable and helpful! We had some color concerns with the tinted silicone and they were able to schedule Dayquon to come back very quickly to work it out. He did an excellent job in all the areas we had done and definitely went above and beyond! Owner's bath looks brand new. We will request Dayquon in the future for any additional grout cleaning or silicone edging needs.

I am thrilled with the results of reclaiming / restoring my rustic dairy tile ceramic flooring in my kitchen, entry hall and utility room. Our Sir Grout technician, Dequan, arrived promptly as promised. He explained the process, helped us with removing a few things still left in the way (clearing beforehand was the hardest part), and then rapidly set to bringing the floor back to life.

He thoroughly cleaned, repaired a few spots, and regrouted. He also helped me choose a more compatible and functional grout color than the previous quick to show dirt ... chalky putty we had always known.

The final step buffed away haze and left a floor we could at least carefully walk on, almost immediately.

Dequan was a joy: efficient, great at communicating and quite professional. I'm so glad I decided to go this route. Over all it saved me thousands, and days, for a like-new floor which retains the character and patina I love. I highly recommend Sir Grout of Central New Jersey. And I hope they recognize that their technician, Dequan is a real asset to the company.
