Quick response to my online inquiry, they came out for the free estimate in a day, reasonable pricing. Within a week, I had the grout repaired, the tiles were cleaned and buffed, and the technician made a 20-year-old ceramic tile floor look brand new. My daughter thought we had a new floor installed. Also, as a bonus, a lot of little details were taken care of including re-caulking around the sink, toilet, etc. These things were a nice touch you don't see a lot of people do. Very happy and would highly recommend. The technician (Ray) really spent a great deal of time and effort to make the job perfect. Thanks, Sir!

Had both bathrooms restored today. Ray went above and beyond with his attention to detail, and the final results could not have been better. It is a rarity to find someone who puts his all into his work.

Everyone was very professional from the initial visit and estimate to the actual work. Ray did an excellent job and the floor (tiles and grout) looks good as new. I would certainly use their services again in the future.
