My whole experience with Sir Grout was very positive. Ramon the sales representative was very pleasant and patient explaining the work and answering all of my questions. Harry took care of all of the repairs, and he did excellent work. The work that he did far exceeded my expectations and I could not have asked for a better outcome. He is very knowledgeable and was here right on time. If I ever need any repairs done again, I wouldn't consider anyone but Sir Grout.
