Anthony and Alex from Sir Grout recently completed a refinish on a statutory marble island countertop. Before engaging them I contacted the marble company that installed the piece. They informed me that the marble would show cracks and a smooth finish could not be achieved I took a gamble and contacted Sir Grout. They scheduled an examination and promptly provided an estimate. The estimate was far less than installing new marble. They scheduled the work and I must admit I was impressed with their professionalism and results. It looks brand new. Thanks Guys.

Their worker, Stephan, communicated with us when there was a slight delay in getting to our house. These two things are unfortunately not the norm anymore. To me they're priceless. We are so glad we found Sir Grout. We had our tile work done years ago and the grout lines in the main and 2nd bathroom were discolored and just didn't look good. We also had issues with the caulking in our standup shower and the grout inside the shower. Ray came out and went over everything in detail and explained how they can thoroughly clean and make everything look amazing. Stephan the technician was very friendly and did an awesome job, we are so thrilled with how everything came out. It is like a brand-new bathroom! I highly recommend this company!

A while back I had a plumber from A General in Farmingdale ruin the grout among other things in my 3 yr old bathroom. I called Sir Grout for repairs and I couldn't be happier with the job Stephan did. From Anthony in sales and especially Stephan, this company kept their word. Stephan explained step by step what he was doing and explained everything. Not only does my bathroom look new again, he was a pleasure to have in my home. If all the techs are like him, I highly recommend this company. They are worth every cent.
