They cleaned and sealed all of our granite in the kitchen. They also provided pricing, and options, to seal, repair or replace some tile in our bathroom. I was pleased they did not automatically tell us we need the highest priced solution, but explained what each option will give us as far as results and longevity. We will be using them again in the spring.

They arrived on time, did the work in a competent and professional manner and completed the work on time. They did not try to sell me any "extra" services when they arrived. I've used other companies who try to sell you extras just as soon as they enter the front door. I appreciate the fact that Sir Grout did the job as agreed, no funny business. I also appreciate the time the technician took helping me understand the best way to maintain the appearance of my floors so they will look better for a longer time.

Ed Bennett enjoys what he does and it shows. Did not try to sell me extras. I was concerned with a few minor pit spots. He could have fixed them but pointed out why it wasn't necessary. I will probably be using them again to seal my ceramic floor.

Sr Grout first came to my home to clean and reseal some marble counter tops in kitchen and master bath. He then instructed me how to take care of my marble in the future and finished by looking at some grout issues I had in two bathrooms. Once those estimates were given I immediately scheduled them to come back and remedy them. They did a beautiful job, were polite, clean, honest and trustworthy. I highly recommend over Grout Medic who were more expensive and had mediocre reviews. Will use again in the future.
