Ed was very punctual and courteous. When he came, he thought the service was only for the kitchen countertops. I told him that I mentioned both areas when I was on the phone with the company scheduling my appointment. He quickly agreed to do both without any fuss. He did a great job, explained things well and made some good recommendations. He also quickly followed up with a quote for a fix that we need to do on the kitchen countertops. Overall, great service provider and I would definitely use them again.

A time and date was made, confirmed the date before, Ed called on his way to the house. Arrived on time, he was accommodating to all my requests, performed all the tasks, and some not originally requested without an additional charge and was done in approximately 1 hour. I would definitely use Sir Grout again.
