Angie's list offered a special for cleaning and sealing of granite counter tops for 99.00 dollars. I decided to take advantage of the offer. The company who provided the service was Sir Grout. The person who came out was on time, professional in his actions and appearance. He explained what he was doing and he answered professional questions regarding other areas in my home regarding tile and grout and even offered to clean and seal an additional counter (if I had one) for no additional cost.

Ed was personable and professional. He explained thoroughly what materials he was using on my granite countertops and how they work. He even sealed the marble counters in my bathroom. I told him I was thinking of having my marble shower steamed and sealed and he sent me quotes for different levels of cleaning/polishing. Some of the polishing quotes were high, but he was amenable to breaking jobs down to more affordable numbers. Although I could seal my own countertops, Ed, with proper tools, was able to slough off the top layer of dirt first before sealing, something I could not do. At a later time, I will have him polish the granite. I would definitely recommend this company.

The representative came to the house to give me a proposal and he sampled the process on one tile. What a difference!! I was sold. On April 4, a young technician came to the house right on time. First sprayed the area with the cleaning solution and with a very quiet machine took up the dirt. Then meticulously color-sealed the grout lines by hand. Finished the job with a sealant and buffing. I am so satisfied with the work done. I had this floor installed 12 years ago and this is the first professional cleaning. I will be calling them back each year for maintenance. My floor is like new again.
