It went well. The technician who did the actual work was great. It basically took the day to do 2 bathrooms and the kitchen counter. The grout was scrubbed and coloring was added before a seal coat was done. There was a pricing disagreement over fixing some chips in the granite counter (the up-charge hadn't been included in the initial estimate). We agreed on an additional price to fix the chipped areas and the work was done. We liked the final work result and would use them again.

A time and date was made, confirmed the date before, Ed called on his way to the house. Arrived on time, he was accommodating to all my requests, performed all the tasks, and some not originally requested without an additional charge and was done in approximately 1 hour. I would definitely use Sir Grout again.
Came to my house as scheduled and performed the sealing of my kitchen island and counters. While there he evaluated two other areas and emailed an estimate for these other jobs. Educated us on the products and services. Nice work!
