The representative came to the house to give me a proposal and he sampled the process on one tile. What a difference!! I was sold. On April 4, a young technician came to the house right on time. First sprayed the area with the cleaning solution and with a very quiet machine took up the dirt. Then meticulously color-sealed the grout lines by hand. Finished the job with a sealant and buffing. I am so satisfied with the work done. I had this floor installed 12 years ago and this is the first professional cleaning. I will be calling them back each year for maintenance. My floor is like new again.

Dear Kris,

We had Sir Grout come out and remove really tough glue and adhesive that was stuck onto our old tile floor which had been covered up by linoleum. They sent a really kind and professional man to work at cleaning the tile. He was so conscientious and committed to improving our floor. When he was finished...the old tile looked wonderful!! We were amazed at how much better it looked. Sir Grout was truly our knight in shining amour and we would highly recommend them to anyone!!

Our job went beautifully. The installer was very courteous, professional and competent. He went out of his way to please us, took his time and did a very thorough job, and even did a little extra work we hadn't originally asked the estimator for (and didn't charge us for it). I HIGHLY recommend Kris MacDermant and his Sir Grout team. They are very professional and priced right. In fact, their price was about 10% less than any other quote we received. Emphasis on Customer Service is lacking in today's world, but our experience with this company exceeded our expectation. This man understands customer service and does great work. After completing the job at our house, our worn out looking counter tops and floors looked brand new again. We were so impressed that we recommended them to three of our neighbors.

Cleaned and stained all grout in shower/tub area and bathroom floor...also removed old caulk around tub area and shower doors and re-caulked...The whole bathroom looks like new.....what a great job....I'm am going to hire them for my next project. The work that was performed in the tub/shower area was A1... The floor was a mess prior to the job performed..I thought I was going to have to replace it… They made it look brand new!
