He tackled a very large area completely on his own, and from the moment he arrived, he was professional, pleasant, respectful, and incredibly knowledgeable.

What truly impressed me was how hard he worked. This was not an easy job, my floors are 25 years old and yet by the time he was finished, they literally looked brand new. The transformation was unbelievable. The attention to detail, the care he took, and the pride he showed in his work were evident in every inch of the floor.

I have now used Sir Grout on multiple project. The first one I tested them on was a small bathroom with complex tile patterns on the floor and wall, and it came out beautifully.

This week they just finished cleaning, sealing and grout coloring about 1600 sq feet of limestone floors inside my home. The tiles we installed over 20 years ago and the grout was in bad shape from years of discoloration.

There was heavy grease staining and years of stain on the grout in the kitchen. The finished product came out beautifully with consistent grout coloring throughout.

The techs were knowledgeable, timely, professional and courteous and they were not satisfied with the project until I was satisfied. Would highly recommend.
