Ed Bennett enjoys what he does and it shows. Did not try to sell me extras. I was concerned with a few minor pit spots. He could have fixed them but pointed out why it wasn't necessary. I will probably be using them again to seal my ceramic floor.

Sr Grout first came to my home to clean and reseal some marble counter tops in kitchen and master bath. He then instructed me how to take care of my marble in the future and finished by looking at some grout issues I had in two bathrooms. Once those estimates were given I immediately scheduled them to come back and remedy them. They did a beautiful job, were polite, clean, honest and trustworthy. I highly recommend over Grout Medic who were more expensive and had mediocre reviews. Will use again in the future.

Ed came to our house on time. He was very polite and professional. He explained the work; applied the stripper to clean the granite, then the sealant followed by buffing. All the granite surface looked very nice afterwards. We are very happy with his work.

It went well. The technician who did the actual work was great. It basically took the day to do 2 bathrooms and the kitchen counter. The grout was scrubbed and coloring was added before a seal coat was done. There was a pricing disagreement over fixing some chips in the granite counter (the up-charge hadn't been included in the initial estimate). We agreed on an additional price to fix the chipped areas and the work was done. We liked the final work result and would use them again.

All went very well. Kris was very pleasant and easy to talk with very patient answering questions and explaining things. Kris's company is doing more work in my home, unrelated to the granite, and I am anticipating another job well done.
