Suggested a neutral cleaning solution to utilize (not sold by them) to keep counter tops clean and streak free. Very professional and removed shoes when entering house. We were impressed with Kris, the owner of Sir Grout, after having contacted him regarding some problems with the initial work performed on our bathrooms. The next morning, Kris showed up with two technicians, apologized for the inconvenience and then proceeded to resolve our problems. He also remained afterwards to supervise the job and even took the time to advise us on some unrelated issues regarding the plumbing in one of the bathrooms. He then discounted our final bill as a gesture of good will.

There's not enough I can say about how wonderful it was working with this company. Incredibly professional, polite and punctual. The estimate process was very thorough and informative, making it easy to make the decision to go ahead with work. The work itself was done quickly and was VERY effective. My shower looks like new - much better than I ever thought it could look. Everything was explained, including future care instructions, and the area was cleaned up thoroughly. If there was a better grade than A I would give it!

The technician regrouted a bathroom tub, shower shelf and around our kitchen counter. He was very nice, informative, and skillful. For both the estimate and the actual work, the gentlemen from Sir Grout were prompt and efficient. The grout work was excellent, and the technician cleaned up completely after each job. I would hire Sir Grout for any tile or grout work in the future.
