There's not enough I can say about how wonderful it was working with this company. Incredibly professional, polite and punctual. The estimate process was very thorough and informative, making it easy to make the decision to go ahead with work. The work itself was done quickly and was VERY effective. My shower looks like new - much better than I ever thought it could look. Everything was explained, including future care instructions, and the area was cleaned up thoroughly. If there was a better grade than A I would give it!

The technician regrouted a bathroom tub, shower shelf and around our kitchen counter. He was very nice, informative, and skillful. For both the estimate and the actual work, the gentlemen from Sir Grout were prompt and efficient. The grout work was excellent, and the technician cleaned up completely after each job. I would hire Sir Grout for any tile or grout work in the future.

My initial contact with Sir Grout did not go well. I posted the experience on the Angie's List website and I cannot tell you enough how pleased I am with the service recovery.The fact that Sir Grout of Central NJ reach out to me is a true indication of how important service quality is to the company. The technician, Ed, was extremely professional. He called me in advance to see if he could arrive earlier than planned so as not to inconvenience me. He not only provided the service - but explained to me what he was going to do and why - completed the job - and then had me inspect to ensure satisfaction. He then took the time to demonstrate a cleaning product and taught me how to use it and where to purchase it. The experience was definitely a wow. I will recommend Sir Grout of Central New Jersey to anyone who asks me for a referral - and I will definitely use them again! Thanks so much.

I purchased the special that was offered for the cleaning and polishing of granite counters. Ed was on time, very informative and extremely nice. I am getting an estimate for the marble floors and look forward to using them again.

Ed came out and provided the explanation of services that Sir Grout would/could provide and prepared the estimate on site. Appointment was made for the following week. Bob and Ray came out to do the jobs at the scheduled time. Both were efficient, professional, very neat and friendly. They provided valuable assistance/guidance in the color selection for the grout and the results were perfect. It was a PLEASURE to do business with Sir Grout and will recommend them to others.

I used Sir Grout Central New Jersey to clean and seal grout countertop and through in our bathroom counter top. It was good. There was no difficulty in scheduling, it was convenient and they were nice. Very professional, polite, helpful and knowledgeable. I was pleased.
