Alex, who prepared proposals for all of the work, was professional and efficient. He also had an uncanny eye for detail, and picked out some things that my contractor had missed. So glad I had Sir Grout do this work to preserve my new ceramic floors and shower, and to provide some much needed restoration to two older showers that were showing some serious wear and tear. We had a great experience with Sir Grout. We recently used them to re-grout and seal the shower in our master bathroom. The company was very professional and prompt, reasonably priced and we especially appreciated that they followed all current safety guidelines given COVID.
