Unbelievable! I started a master bath renovation, I did the removal of tub, vanity, toilet and installed studs for the new install. Had the plumber do the tile work, and boy was that a mistake! The floor tile-(35- 12"x12" tiles) were not too bad, one tile corner was up high, but sporatic voids and pin holes in the grout. The shower, on the other hand was horrible! There were so many voids and cracks. I was horrified! The grout was the wrong type, and the grout float shows the improper swipe across the tile. Very upset and horrified I started to look for grout removal companies to remedy this disaster! I contacted 3 companies. 1 showed up and immediately I saw he wasn't interested, the second wanted pictures so I sent him several. An hour later he returned my text with a text saying that I should find someone local? But the initial call to Sir Grout brought out a phenomenal gentleman named Alex who looked over the shower area, and confidentially told me he could repair it. So we set a date for him to do the job. He showed up and immediately went at it. Laboring for hours to remove the grout, he cleaned the haze from the first grout job, rerouted with a color I liked better than my own choice, and caulked the tile corners and on top of the shower pan. I was in near tears at the finished product! I didn't think it would ever look as good as it looks now! Alex cleaned up, wiped the tile down leaving hardly any hazing for me to clean, and I'm still so excited this next morning! Don't waste your time with any other grout company! Call Sir Grout and then ask for Alex!

They performed color grout sealing and repair of our kitchen floor as well as our bathroom floor and wall tile of our shower. Ramon was our service tech. He was very courteous and did a great job. We are extremely happy with the way things turned out. The kitchen and the bathroom look great!

I want to give Ramon a shout out because he was very helpful with the color selection for the grout sealing. He let us see exactly what the different colors would look like. Highly recommend Sir Grout!

I have a very large area of 12" square marble tiles that had become dull and the grout was badly soiled. I had tried everything that I could to bring them back to life without success. I found Sir Grout on a Google search and decided to call them. A representative contacted me within the first day and they estimated my job within the same week. The estimate was expensive but I expected it would be for what I wanted done. (Total areas with marble polished to a bright shine, the grout cleaned and repaired, then sealed.) They arrived when scheduled and completed the job as quoted the second day.

I am very pleased. I needed to frame the cost in my mind as I was paying for their expertise which I really needed. Along with that expertise, I got a job started and finished as it was contracted, with no mess at the end for me to clean up. I will call them again

I'm really impressed with the work done by our technician. I'm not ready to redo this bathroom but I couldn't live with the grout and caulking job that was there. Sir Grout rejuvenated my shower stall and made it look like new. Considering the cost of a new bathroom, I consider this money well spent. Definitely recommend.

Excellent company, I was very impressed in how clean they were, I thought there would be a lot of dust and there wasn't any. Ray worked very hard all day and did a great job, a really nice guy. I haven't used the shower yet (need 3 days to set) but hope it stays as clean as it looks now!! He also did re-caulking and it looks so professional. I would recommend Sir Grout.

Harry from Sir Grout did an AMAZING job on my house! He cleaned, color-sealed the grout, and recaulked my kitchen backsplash. The color he picked for the grout seal was beautiful - much lighter than the original grout color and it looks fantastic! Harry also did a wonderful job in bathroom shower - it looks brand new after the cleaning and recaulking. The services are a little expensive but it's TOTALLY worth it and the quality of work is excellent. (Sir Grout saved me a lot of money by not having to replace the entire kitchen backsplash.) Alex, the person who did the original estimate was wonderful. He took the time to explain everything and answered all of my detailed questions. Thank you Harry and Alex :) Sir Grout exceeded my expectations for sure!

Sir Grout is by far the best service we ever hired for any type of maintenance in our home. We have a 25 year old home with ceramic tile floors in the kitchen, breakfast nook, laundry room and bathroom. Needless to say most of the grout was very dirty and some with embedded grease. The process that Sir Grout uses is very impressive and turned all are floors into a brand new look, which included a new grout coloring. Everyone we talked to with Sir Grout were courteous and explained everything, especially Alex. Ed, that actually did our job, treated our floors as if he was working on his own home. Great job to Ed and kudos to the whole Sir Grout organization. I am recommending Sir Grout to everyone.
