Harry from Sir Grout did an AMAZING job on my house! He cleaned, color-sealed the grout, and recaulked my kitchen backsplash. The color he picked for the grout seal was beautiful - much lighter than the original grout color and it looks fantastic! Harry also did a wonderful job in bathroom shower - it looks brand new after the cleaning and recaulking. The services are a little expensive but it's TOTALLY worth it and the quality of work is excellent. (Sir Grout saved me a lot of money by not having to replace the entire kitchen backsplash.) Alex, the person who did the original estimate was wonderful. He took the time to explain everything and answered all of my detailed questions. Thank you Harry and Alex :) Sir Grout exceeded my expectations for sure!

Sir Grout is by far the best service we ever hired for any type of maintenance in our home. We have a 25 year old home with ceramic tile floors in the kitchen, breakfast nook, laundry room and bathroom. Needless to say most of the grout was very dirty and some with embedded grease. The process that Sir Grout uses is very impressive and turned all are floors into a brand new look, which included a new grout coloring. Everyone we talked to with Sir Grout were courteous and explained everything, especially Alex. Ed, that actually did our job, treated our floors as if he was working on his own home. Great job to Ed and kudos to the whole Sir Grout organization. I am recommending Sir Grout to everyone.

From the phone receptionist to Alex the estimator and Ray who did the work, the experience was pleasant and professional. All work on my bathroom and floors was as expected. Mildewed and discolored tile grout and caulk were repaired and replaced where needed, all cleaned and sealed neatly. Dark grungy grout between 1" floor tiles now a uniform tan color. Everything looks clean and bright, no more bathroom embarrassment! I'm very satisfied with Sir Grout.

Sir Grout did an excellent job of repairing our grout and caulk like new. They explained the process and gave us options and pricing. The sales guy, Alex, was very knowledgeable. The two who came to work, Ray and Eddie, did a very clean and efficient job. They made sure the area was cleaned and told us how long before we could use it so it dried properly. The confirmation and follow-up were easy and the call center managed their schedule so I didn't have to chase anyone down while they were "on the job in the field". We will definitely be using Sir Grout again.

I was very satisfied with Sir Grout. An estimate was done first and everything was explained in detail. After scheduling a date, all the work was done as it was supposed to be. The job was done by a worker who was courteous and neat. I was happy with my finished shower stall!
