Showed me samples of what it will look like and promised me the floor will look amazing. Stephan was my tech. Amazing, very knowledgeable. Awesomely I have a whole new floor at a reasonable price. Done in one day and even did the grout around my kitchen sink and the toilet. I highly recommend this company and ask Stephan to do the job and Fred to show you what will be done. I found Sir Grout online and had a great experience with them!! My Mudroom tiles have always been an eye sore and I was ready to rip them all out! In a last ditch attempt, I had Sir Grout come and give them a clean! The team was very responsive and gave me a quote over FaceTime. Few weeks back Chris came to give me a quote for cleaning and re-grouting the kitchen and bathroom. Chris was very professional and gave a quote I felt was very reasonable and offered several dates of availability. Today I had my kitchen and bathroom tiles cleaned and re-grouted by Steve of Sir Grout. I had contemplated getting new floor tiles in the kitchen but thought I would try cleaning first to save money. I can't express how pleased I was with the outcome for both. Not to mention how professional and nice Steve was.

My wife and I own a 20+ year old home in a Brick retirement community. House in good shape but the hall bathroom needed updating mostly because the tub/shower had missing grout and mold/mildew in the caulk. 'Ray' from Sir Grout came out in less than a day transformed the bathroom. Repaired the grout and applied grout sealant. Removed/cleaned and re-caulked the tub/shower. Cleaned and sealed the floor tile/grout. And at no extra charge removed the caulk from the bathroom sink and re-caulked the sink. Ray did an excellent job and my wife and I highly recommend Ray and Sir Grout. Bathroom looks great!
