Quick response to my online inquiry, they came out for the free estimate in a day, reasonable pricing. Within a week, I had the grout repaired, the tiles were cleaned and buffed, and the technician made a 20-year-old ceramic tile floor look brand new. My daughter thought we had a new floor installed. Also, as a bonus, a lot of little details were taken care of including re-caulking around the sink, toilet, etc. These things were a nice touch you don't see a lot of people do. Anthony did a great job quoting the work on my shower, he was punctual and straightforward. As far as the work that was necessary to bring the shower back to looking brand new, John did a great job.
