The company returned the phone call promptly booked an appointment for an estimate and showed up on the day at the time that was agreed-upon. The technician who showed up was very professional and performed all the work that was included in the quote. The technician was very conscientious on cleanliness and his detail to work. I would definitely use them again With future projects around my house concerning the grout and cleaning.
I will definitely have to post pictures at a later date but I am thrilled with the work that Ray completed for us. We had small tile in our shower that needed regrouted along with some flooring with crumbling grout. First of all, Ray was prompted, coming earlier than expected. He was great at explaining the process. Work was completed in a day, and everything was cleaned up too!
