Stephan of Sir Grout did a fabulous job! When he grouted by the toilet, he thoughtfully tightened down the nuts when he noticed they were loose. He also replaced some discolored shower door silicone. He revitalized our main bedroom shower. Looks terrific! We will bring Sir Grout back in two years to do another bathroom, Sir Grout felt could wait. I appreciated the honesty. In sum, I wouldn't use anyone else to do bathroom grouting and shower revitalization.

Today, Ray came out and did a protection/restoration package on my bathroom tile. He, also, caulked the backsplash in my kitchen. Ray explained that we had a small tile problem in the bathroom. He told us what we might have to do to correct it down the road. He was very professional and friendly. I would recommend his service to anyone.

Ray came to regrout, clean and re-color several areas in my home. He explained everything he was going to do before he did it and told me what was worth doing and what wasn't going to make a real difference. He took his time and did a great job. I am very happy with how much better and cleaner it all looks. Ray is also super friendly, personable, and was so nice to our dog!

Artists who have honed their tile work craftsmanship! Alex and Harry are professionals at every level. Timely, neat, respectful, and frequent communication.

It was quite the time getting the appointment scheduled due to a shift in employees; however, the Sir Grout office staff worked with us and remained in communication for the transition from the original contractor to another seamlessly.

When the time came, Harry and Alex arrived to repair two full bathrooms on the second story. The hours they put in to ensure the work was done — and done perfectly — does not go unnoticed.

The following two weeks, we had another bathroom on the lower level repaired, along with a full kitchen and laundry room. It was not an easy job. Alex and a co-worker (not Harry) arrived to do the job. Alex took initiative and assessed what repairs were necessary and communicated how to best go about completing the three large tasks.

Due to no fault of Alex, there were some larger issues that happened with the work done in the kitchen and laundry room. Alex completed the bathroom repairs while the co-worker left for the day. Alex remained on site well into the evening to attempt to see what could be done to correct the issues. He communicated with the office of Sir Grout. He also communicated with us and was most apologetic.

Alex and Sir Grout came up with a plan to correct the issues left in the kitchen and the laundry room. Alex returned a few days later and tackled the jobs. He not only corrected the issues that were left — he went above and beyond with his workmanship, his positive attitude, and his professional manner.

In a time such as that, where one is left to clean up a mistake by another person, how one responds in that type of situation is a true measure of character. Alex rose to the occasion!

I would not trust any tile work to anyone other than Alex or Harry from Sir Grout Central New Jersey. They are terrific!

Alex went above and beyond with our master bathroom project. He is one of the most mature, meticulous, detail-oriented employees. Sir Grout should be proud to have him on their team! His work is outstanding, and our bathroom looks incredible. We will be sure to request Alex for our future projects.

Ray came in to update our bathroom and kitchen floors in Sea Isle City, and we are extremely impressed with the results. My floors look new again for a very good price. Ray from Sir Grout did a fantastic job on my kitchen, powder room and laundry room tiles. Cleaned, colored the grout and sealed entire floor. Second time using Ray and Sir Grout over 10 years and extremely pleased with their work. The 23-year-old floor looks brand new! Would recommend to anyone needing this service.
