Alex Vazquez from Sir Grout cleaned and color sealed the grout on our kitchen floor. To begin with, we were very impressed that Alex called us on his way to our home telling us his eta. After he arrived, he explained what he was going to do; answered our questions and helped us pick out the color the grout was going to be. He painstakingly did his work. We could tell that he takes both pride in his work and the company he works for. After he finished, he explained how to care for the floor and even left a sample of the cleaner that we should use. My wife and I are very happy and satisfied with with his work. Sir Grout should be proud that Alex is a member of their staff.
